The Spanish Lawyer
Your Spanish lawyer may avoid you complicated and time-wasting “red tape” of any kind. He may act on your behalf while you are outside Spain, he may also act as representative in Spain.
Litigation costs
All court procedures involve costs, the final sentence determines the litigation costs, which shall normally be borne by the unsuccessful party.
