What is included? An English-speaking Spanish lawyer of our team will:

• Provide legal help by phone and e-mail during our working hours.
• Draw up 5 non complex legal documents or forms such as claims, letters, petitions, etc.
• A 15 % discount in all our other legal services.

This service does NOT include:

• Notary, registration and similar costs.
• Appeals and litigation.

Notes:

• This plan is geared to help you with basic legal needs as a foreigner in Spain, such as landlord-tenant disputes, bankruptcies, buying and selling homes, adoptions, simple divorces, etc.
