What is included? Your English-speaking Spanish lawyer will:
- Personal application and collection of certificate from the Spanish Registry of wills, stating whether a will was granted in Spain or not.
- Translation of the death certificate into Spanish by an official translator.
- Legal advice.
This service does NOT include:
- Getting the Hague Apostille.
- Getting the death certificate required to apply for the certificate before the Central Registry of Spanish wills.
- Getting a copy of the Spanish will granted.
Notes:
- Please be aware that the certificate issued by the Central Registry of Spanish wills states whether a will has been granted in Spain or not. It also states the notary before whom it was granted, however, application for a copy of the specific will must be made apart before the specific notary.
